A lengthened intake runner design and precision billet aluminum velocity stack—featuring an optimized opening diameter, outer lip, and internal (ID) taper—work together to improve airflow efficiency for impressive horsepower and torque gains on stock and built engines alike, with exceptional results on combinations running ported heads, upgraded intakes, and larger throttle bodies.
The streamlined one-piece construction creates a clean look while simplifying installation versus common multi-piece designs. Each kit includes a high-flow, washable/reusable 2.5″ wide air filter paired with a one-piece billet cage for durable filtration and long service life.
Designed on the flow bench, dyno tested, and track proven, this setup is built for riders who want real-world power. The backing plate is engraved with MADE IN USA and FEULING logos, and the system comes configured out of the box for OEM-style cylinder head breathing routed into the intake with optimized vent hole locations to meet emissions standards. Select versions also feature a convertible backing plate that offers optional cylinder head venting for performance-focused builds.
