Don’t know much about beef cuts? No worries we’ve put together a package just for you! Our Express Cut Package includes Filet Mignon, Ribeye, New York Strip, Sirloin, and Chuck Eye Steaks. Deposits are nonrefundable. Shipping is not available.
Grass Finished Beef while healthy and nutritious may be inconsistent from purchase to purchase for marbling, tenderness and overall visual appearance. This is due to the consumption of a variety of seasonal grasses over a long period of time.
All of our beef is frozen and vacuumed packaged. LAST UP TO 2 YEARS WHEN KEPT FROZEN
What’s next?
Once your deposit is paid, we will schedule delivery to the processor. When the order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a time to meet at the processor, where the remaining balance will be paid. There are approximately 17 days from the time of delivery to the processor until your beef is cut, vacuum packaged, frozen, and ready for pick up.
The balance owed at the time of pick up is $1,400.00/Quarter cow with CASH or VENMO.
NO CHECKS nor Credit Cards will be excepted for the final payment.
