With Toynado’s Collector Grade service, we attempt to give you the product in the best condition we have in our warehouse. These items are usually stored separately in the original manufacturer’s shipping box and not touched until sold. Additional protection is added during the packing-to-ship process, such as bags to avoid scuffs and scratches and extra bubble wrap. If we are unable to provide a proper graded product, we will contact you first. We only inspect the outside of the box, and do not open it to verify the contents. All seals by the manufacturer remain intact. The Collector Grade charge is not refundable once the item has been shipped.
