Description:
This weld-on DIY kit is designed to convert 1980–1996 F-150 and Bronco 4×4 trucks from coil-sprung Twin Traction Beam (TTB) front suspension to a leaf spring solid axle setup. Available in 2″ or 4″ drop configurations (based on stock F-350 ride height), this kit offers a reliable foundation for a solid axle swap using Dana 60 or Dana 50 axles and factory-style Ford leaf springs.

Application:

• Truck: 1980–1996 Ford F-150 and Bronco

• Axle Options:

  • 1985–1997 Ford F-350 Dana 60 (36.5″ spring pin center)

  • 1999–2004 Super Duty Dana 50/60 (37.5″ spring pin center)

• Spring Options:

  • 1985–1997 F-350 52″ leaf springs

  • 1999–2004 F-250/350 56″ leaf springs

Additional Info:

• Approximate lift of 4–6″ over stock using stock gas OBS or SD springs

• Compatible with Dana 44 from F-250 if pads are repositioned and converted to 5-lug to retain factory rear axle

• Requires welding and fabrication skills – not a bolt-on kit
